Geoff Quinn

That this House:
(a)congratulates Mr Geoff Quinn on his extraordinary contribution to the Liberal Party of Australia (NSW Division), marking over 70 years of continuous membership, having joined in or before 1956;
(b)notes Mr Quinn's longstanding leadership within the Liberal Party, including his service in various roles such as branch president, electorate conference president, treasurer, state council delegate and regional president, and his role in supporting and mentoring new members across regional New South Wales;
(c)recognises Mr Quinn's professional achievements as a respected agriculturalist, policy adviser and entrepreneur, whose work has advanced rural industries and communities across the State;
(d)commends his innovative contributions as the Founder of ManyBusyHands, a digital platform that connects seasonal workers with rural employers, and as a founding contributor to the UNE SMART Region Incubator, helping foster regional start‑ups and agri-innovation;
(e)acknowledges Mr Quinn's policy expertise in sustainability, livestock breeding and rural development, and his past roles including senior policy analyst at the NSW Farmers' Association, councillor support and policy at the City of Sydney, and various academic and advisory positions;
(f)pays tribute to Mr Quinn's tireless advocacy for regional excellence, his deep commitment to community, and his principled promotion of Liberal values over seven decades; and
(g)offers the thanks and congratulations of this House, and wishes Mr Quinn continued health, happiness and fulfilment.
