Noting that there are concerns about antisocial behaviour by some users of jet skis in Port Stephens, why has the Minister implemented a ban from Christmas Eve to Australia Day on all powered vessels, including family and recreational vessels, without any consultation with the Port Stephens Council and local stakeholders?
